Returns from CBS Power Tools
In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectation and/or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will accept returns within 14 days after receipt.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Your return must also include all accessories, gifts and promotional items supplied with the original product. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent loss and/or damages in transit as this could result in the return not being accepted.
If you wish to return a product, please request this via your your online account here . Click " Request return ". Then follow the steps to request your return.
Once approved, please follow the instructions to return your goods, this is usually sent via email.
If you prefer, please email our returns department along with your order number to returns@cbspowertools.co.uk for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Failure to include the RMA number with the returned product may delay the refund.
You [the customer] must pay for postage and we strongly advise that a tracked postal service is used.
We can arrange for a postage label to be supplied or a collection arranged for the unwanted item however, a charge to the you [the customer] will apply.
Please note, certain items might be subject to a small restocking fee.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
