1. Returns Eligibility

•You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the original purchase date.

•The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).

•Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

•To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@greenandgable.co.uk .

•Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

•Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.

•Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. As many of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, return addresses for each item may differ.

•Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the item is incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival.

3. Return Shipping Costs

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

•Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

•If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

•Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Bespoke and Personalised Items

•Bespoke or personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All such products will be clearly marked as bespoke on our website at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

•We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

•If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Exceptions

•Items marked as non-returnable, final sale, or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items not returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories, may be subject to a partial refund or denial of a refund.
