We currently ship to the continental 48 United States. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt and reporting any missing or damaged items within 72 hours of delivery.Reports received after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to carrier claim limitations and verification timeframes.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are used in specific projects and installations, please confirm all quantities, dimensions, and requirements before placing your order.

If you need to return an eligible item, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

•Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories included.

•All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

•Special Order, Manufacturer Drop-Ship, or Custom items are not eligible for return.

•Returns for “no longer needed,” “ordered by mistake,” or “project canceled” may be subject to a restocking fee or denied at Tile This, LLC’s discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

Desktop Instructions

•Go to www.tilethis.com and click Account in the top right corner.

•Enter your email address; we will send a one-time login code.

•Locate the order you wish to return and click Request Return.

•Select a return reason; add an optional note if helpful; click Request Return.

•Await approval. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. If denied, you will receive an email with the reason.

Mobile Instructions

•Go to www.tilethis.com and select My Account in the footer.

•Enter your email address to receive a one-time login code.

•Locate your order and tap Request Return.

•Select a return reason; add an optional note; submit your request.

•Await approval. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions. If denied, you will receive an email with the reason.

Restocking Fees

•Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% based on product type, condition, and return reason.

•Items returned used, installed, damaged, or incomplete will incur a higher fee or may be denied.

Return Shipping

•If your return is approved, Tile This, LLC will provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective.

Refunds

•After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, & Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Claims after this period may be denied.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Please double-check project dimensions, drain locations, and product compatibility before ordering. This helps avoid delays and unnecessary returns.
