LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Tots to Teens customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical shipping time frames are:

LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.

Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

To cancel an order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific instructions. By proceeding with a return or refund request, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all parties involved and protecting the retailer's rights.

The above is based on our current expected lead time but due to circumstances beyond our control, including restrictions or shortages that may arise as a result of current global situations, we cannot guarantee this time frame. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Experience ultimate customer satisfaction with our White Glove Delivery & Installation (WGD&I) service. We go above and beyond to ensure your purchases arrive on time and in pristine condition. Our professional installers will deliver your items to the room of your choice, unbox them, and set them up with great care.

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

We offer White Glove Delivery & Installation in North Carolina only. For WGD&I outside of NC, please contact the store before making your purchase.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Skip the extra fees by using our in-store pickup option. Conveniently located near HWY 540 and Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC, simply wait for notification from a Tots to Teens associate that your items are available. From there, schedule a pickup time with a team member or give us an hour's notice if you can't schedule immediately. This guarantees a smooth and timely experience. When you arrive, you'll be asked to sign off on your items, ensuring you receive them in good condition.

Tots to Teens prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction. However, please be aware of the following important information and conditions regarding returns:

Return Initiation:

To initiate a return, please contact us within the first 10 days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorization number. You can do this via the form provided here . This authorization number is valid for 7 business days and must be clearly labeled on your return package.

Please read carefully over our detailed return conditions before requesting a return initiation. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.

Detailed Return Conditions:

Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. We cannot refund shipping costs. If you choose to return an item that was shipped free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

Return Authorization Requirement: If we receive your return without a valid return authorization number or if we determine that the returned merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Items: Special orders and custom-made items (items that are not regular stock) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Opened, used, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Chargebacks and Disputes: By initiating a return, you agree to abide by our return policy terms. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed with your credit card company for returned items that do not comply with this policy will be contested, and we reserve the right to recover costs associated with such disputes.
