1. White Glove Delivery Service (Nominal Fee Applies)

Our White Glove service is our premium delivery option and includes:

Delivery into the room of your choice

Unpacking and professional assembly

Placement and setup of furniture

Removal of packaging materials

This service is ideal for large items such as sofas, sectionals, bedroom sets, dining sets, and mattresses. A nominal White Glove service fee applies and varies based on order size and location. Pricing will be clearly explained before scheduling delivery.

2. Drop Shipping / Doorstep Delivery

Drop shipping (also called doorstep delivery) includes:

Delivery to the front door, driveway, or building entrance

No assembly, setup, or packaging removal included

Customers are responsible for bringing items inside and assembling them if needed. This option is perfect for customers looking for the most economical delivery method.

📦 Order Processing & Scheduling

In-stock items are typically scheduled for delivery within 2 business days.

Special orders and drop-shipped items may have extended delivery times.

Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window once your order is ready.

✅ Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. If there are concerns, contact us within 48 hours so we can promptly assist you.

🚫 Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the delivery location, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators. Customers are also responsible for ensuring the floor is protected. We're not responsible for any floor damage. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, multiple flights of stairs, or rescheduled deliveries.

No refunds or returns after delivery or pickup of furniture.

Exchanges

Within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with 15% fee for equal/higher priced items. 25% fee for lower-priced items. Delivery/pickup fees may apply.

Cancellations

25% cancellation fee will apply on all canceled orders.

No returns or exchanges on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, or any bedding products unless otherwise noted.

•25% non-refundable deposit required

•Modifications must be made within 2 days or 25% fee will apply

As-Is / Final Sale Items

•Sold with no warranty or return eligibility

•In-store As-Is items must be picked up within 48 hours

•Online open-box As-Is items may be eligible for delivery

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@vipfurnitureny.com.
