We ship orders to most places around the globe Monday through Friday every week, excluding national holidays. If you place your order before noon pacific standard time it will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be shipped following business day.

Priority Mail to the USA takes anywhere from 1-3 business days

Fedex Ground to the USA takes anywhere from 1-5 business days

Fedex Express Saver to the USA takes 3 business days

International shipping:

First Class Mail worldwide takes anywhere from 5-15 business days

Fedex International Economy worldwide takes 5-7 business days

Fedex International Priority worldwide takes typically 48 hours.

Damaged or lost shipments:

If you receive your order damaged please contact us immediately so we can file claims with the courier and get the damaged items replaced for you asap.

If you don't receive your order within the time frame specified above please contact us so that we can trace your package and replace it if needed.
