Order Processing Time

In-stock (non-custom) orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

•Custom or personalized orders require additional preparation time and will be processed and shipped within up to 7 business days.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and depend on the carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Method & Delivery

Treasure of Elegance ships orders using trusted shipping carriers. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within [insert number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

•The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

•The item must be returned in its original packaging

•Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•Your order number

•A clear photo of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
