ORDER PROCESSINGWe pack up orders every day, almost always within 24hrs. You will receiving a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is packed up.

IN-STORE PICKUPOrders are packed up by 12PM the next day. A notification will be sent when the item(s) is ready. Orders can be picked up daily during open hours at the register.

SHIPPING COST Cost of shipping and delivery length is determined by the price of your items, and country of delivery. Expedited shipping is offered on all orders. All packages are shipped from our storefront in New Haven, CT.

GENERAL INFO Orders come with FREE tracking emailed upon shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to start properly moving. Priority Mail orders are packed up at by noon every day, and picked up Mon–Sat during delivery mail pick-up. Since you're sent a digital receipt, we do not include a printed one in your shipment. (Good for gifts, and yay for less waste!)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes (VAT) payable by the customer at time of delivery. (Nothing to do with us!) Upon leaving the U.S. and/or entering your country, your order may be held in customs for up to 1–2 weeks—which is completely normal. Your order may take up to 6 weeks to arrive if not sent Priority Mail.

RETURNSWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. EXCHANGESThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED ITEMSPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIODNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDSWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@strange-ways.com.
