Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Some of our straps are handsewn in Utah before they ship — worth the wait.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate for domestic shipping and a calculated rate based on product ordered and location for international orders. Free shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all addresses in the contiguous United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package through USPS.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, document it before unpacking further. Photos help us assess quickly. Email info@rollercam.com with your documentation and we'll take care of it.
