Shipping quotes for the lower 48 states are instantly calculable by adding a product to your crate and entering your shipping address. For Hawaii, Alaska, and other locations, please contact us for quotes.
Complimentary lift gate service is provided for all freight shipments to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Details
Orders are processed and shipped on standard business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Freight Shipping
Orders exceeding 140 lb ship via XPO as less-than-truckload freight (LTL). Recipients must be present to sign for goods upon delivery.
XPO will contact you a day before delivery to confirm or reschedule. An “Appointment” rescheduling option is available, but no-shows may incur a fee ($80-$475).
Lift Gate Service
Indicate at checkout if your shipping address lacks a loading dock or forklift, to ensure the inclusion of lift gate service at no additional cost.
Freight Damages & Lost Shipments
Report damaged items immediately by refusing the shipment and noting damages on the delivery receipt. Frank will assist with freight claims and replace items damaged in transit free of charge.
Report lost shipments promptly. Frank Aggregate will work with the carrier to locate your order, or ship an additional item at no extra cost if the order is deemed lost.
Shipping to Canada
All Canadian shipments require a signature upon receipt and are priced in US Dollars.
Shipments to major metropolitan areas in each province are quoted directly; remote locations may incur additional costs.
Canadians may save on shipping by receiving items at a US address near the border and importing them personally.
International Shipping
Frank Aggregate offers international shipping with quotes available via phone. International orders are subject to different policies and may incur higher costs.

General Return Conditions
Returns are for unused items only, separate from warranty claims.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with initial and return shipping costs deducted from the refund, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Factory orders that are refunded are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Items can be returned for a refund, including sales tax, within 30 days after the order ships. Items must be unused to qualify.
Clearance Sale items and items marked as Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype are not eligible for returns.
Special Conditions
Items returned without prior authorization, or returned damaged or not in “like new” condition, may be rejected.
For financed orders, cancellations and refunds must be requested before the order is communicated to ship and funded by the finance company.
Damaged items during transit must be noted upon delivery, and the shipment refused to qualify for a return or exchange. Frank Aggregate will assist in filing a freight claim.
Return Instructions
Complete a Start a Return for both parcel and freight shipments.
For parcel returns, secure the item in its original packaging, attach the provided return label, and drop off at the nearest FedEx or USPS location.
For freight returns, secure the item on a pallet, attach the return label and Bill of Lading, and be present for the scheduled pickup.
For Parcel Shipments
Initiate the Return: Fill out the Start a Return to begin the return process.
Authorization: Wait for Frank Aggregate to authorize your return and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
Prepare Your Package:
Re-package your item in its original packaging.
Securely tape the box to ensure it is properly closed.
Attach the return shipping label, provided by Frank Aggregate via email, to the outside of the box.
Drop Off: Take your packaged item to the nearest FedEx or USPS location for shipping back to Frank Aggregate.
For Freight Shipments
Initiate the Return: Start by completing the Start a Return .
Authorization: Await authorization and an RMA from Frank Aggregate, which will be sent to you via email.
Return Shipping Label: Frank Aggregate will provide a return shipping label and a copy of your return Bill of Lading via email.
Schedule Pickup: A pickup date and time will be scheduled with you (Monday through Friday between 2 and 5 p.m.).
Prepare Your Package:
Ensure the item is securely placed and strapped down on a pallet. Straps will be provided if necessary.
The product must not extend beyond the length or width of the pallet.
Bill of Lading: Print out two copies of the Bill of Lading provided by Frank Aggregate. Keep one for your records and give the other to the driver at pickup.
Pickup: Be present at the scheduled time for the pickup. The driver and you will both sign the Bill of Lading to confirm the pickup.
Lost or Damaged Items
Report damaged items upon receipt or missing orders as soon as possible. Frank Aggregate will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, potentially shipping a replacement at no extra cost.
