Shipping Rates

Analog Bikes: $100 flat rate

Electric Bikes: $200 flat rate

All Other Orders: $10 flat rate for standard ground shipping

Processing Time for Bikes

•Bikes can take 5-7 business days to ship.

•Each bike is professionally built, tuned, and tested by our expert technicians before being packed in a customer-friendly method.

•We take the extra time to ensure your bike is ready to ride upon arrival.

Shipping Times

•Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

•Please note that shipping times are in addition to the processing time mentioned above.

•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must also include all original packaging, owner’s manuals, and any included accessories. If any of these items are missing, a 10% restocking fee will apply. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for an online order, contact us at info@peachtreebikes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. For in-store purchases, please visit the store where you made your purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund amount if we provide the return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Report any damages or defects within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returning Bikes

When returning bikes, please include appropriate shipping insurance and ensure the bike is packaged securely, as you received it. This helps protect against potential shipping damage. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during return shipping.

Please note: If the bike is returned with damages due to improper packaging, we may deduct the cost of repairs or depreciation from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

•Perishable goods (such as food)

•Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

•Personal care goods (such as chamois cream)

•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on closeout items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item.
