Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Joey & June has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.

Personalized Items: All personalized items typically ship within the 1-2 week timeframe. Some items occasionally may take a few days longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding, everyone is working as fast as they can.

Joey & June utilizes USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the weight of your purchase. Joey & June is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days*.

At Joey+June Boutique, we hope all our customers love their items, but we understand that sometimes returns are required.

IN-STORE POLICY:

Returns will be accepted from in-store purchases within 7 days of purchase date for store credit or exchange only. Sorry, no exceptions to this policy. Joey+June will allow store credit and exchanges only with proof of purchase from our store, and tags still attached to unused/unworn/unwashed items in its original packaging. The store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card that does not expire

Please note, all sale items are non-refundable and FINAL sale. All marked down sale items and BOGO items are also FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges will be made.

ONLINE POLICY:

Returns will be accepted from online purchases within 7 days of purchase date for store credit only, which will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card, after your return has been received and processed. Online orders may be returned to the main store location as well. We will issue a store credit only upon receipt of a completed Returns Authorization Form and original tags still attached to the unused/unwashed/unworn item in its original packaging. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser, there are no exceptions to this policy.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receiving package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Please contact our store if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All purchases made from November 24th - December 24th qualify for our extended holiday return policy. We will accept returns for store credit or exchanges only, through January 1st. All returns must be received by January 1st to qualify for this extended return period. All other criteria for returns is the same as above. Marked down SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
