Shipping Policy & Protection

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your item ships. This does not include time in transit (shipping time).

If an item is out of stock and requires special ordering, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment.

Shipping delays : Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, transit times and delays are beyond our control. We carefully select the shipping service based on the delivery timeframe chosen at checkout; however, if your package experiences a delay in transit, responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

All verified orders will receive a confirmation email as well as a secondary email with tracking information. If you do not receive the email(s), please check your spam folder.

All orders are evaluated for fraud. If an order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds released back to the original payment method.

Shipping is FREE for purchases over $150 (after any discounts and does not include taxes). Free shipping does not apply to orders that contain fragile items such as cowboy hats.

Shipping Protection

We now provide shipping protection for a minimal fee that provides an expedited refund or reshipment (If available) of orders that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

If you did not choose to add the shipping protection and your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we will not refund or replace items.

What we deem as lost:

•Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. Depending on where you live, we ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.

•Your tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from the ship date. We reserve the right to classify this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the courier network and we are aware of delays, otherwise we will offer a refund or replacement.

Please contact us at sales@littlebuffalocreek.com immediately if your items have arrived damaged or if something is missing. We may ask for photos as evidence of damage.

What we do not cover:

•Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.

•Delays in transit.

•Items that are returned to us for store credit or exchange that are not in a resalable condition.

How to submit your claim:

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us at sales@littlebuffalocreek.com from the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer service team will assist you within 1-2 business days.

By selecting the shipping protection fee, you agree to these terms.

We ask that you wait to get in touch with us regarding a missing order until the allotted time has passed for it to be deemed as lost.

The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable.

Our policy for unprotected parcels:

We will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to either locate your order or deem it as lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.

If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor or at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

Little Buffalo Creek gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online or in store for a store credit (LBC gift card) within 15 days from the date you received your order. Sale/discounted/holiday items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To start a return, you can contact us at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange. If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to mail the item(s) back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us by text (903-505-6523) or by email at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com.

Cancelled Orders

You have 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Cancelling orders after 24 hours will result in receiving the refund via store credit (gift card).

If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact us via email and mail your order back to us at our warehouse address. Refund will be processed via store credit.

Pre-Orders

Please be advised that pre-orders are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

All pre-order items are clearly labeled as such in both the product title and description. Please note that estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are approximate and may vary within a two-week timeframe. If your order has not shipped within two weeks of the originally estimated delivery date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at littlebuffalocreek@gmail.com.
