All orders are shipped within the USA via UPS or USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and tracking details for your convenience.

All orders outside the USA are shipped via UPS or DHL delivery services. Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the USA. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

PICK UP

Order pickup is available in Brooklyn, NY. Please reach out via contact@mama.xyz to coordinate a pickup after placing an order. Shipping costs will be refunded upon pickup.

LEAD TIMES

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within its respective lead time specified in the item's description. All lead times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times, and all lead times specified are estimates only.

Pieces are “made to order” meaning that each piece is custom produced for you when you place your order, and are shipped upon completion, within approximately 3 to 8 weeks of purchase or otherwise as specified . In stock pieces ship within approximately 3-5 business days of purchase. Items are labeled “made to order” or “in stock” on their product pages.

While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated in your order summary, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check in on the status of your piece or request a rush order please email contact@mama.xyz.

Because our pieces are made-to-order we do not accept returns - only in exceptional circumstances for a store credit. Returns do not apply in any circumstance to any items listed in the sample sales or special orders.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition that it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. To request a return reach out to contact@mama.xyz . If your return is accepted, we will instruct you as to where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that a store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGE & REPAIRS

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective we require that you email contact@mama.xyz please include your name, proof of purchase, photos and a description of the issue.

In the event that a piece has been worn and damaged or a stone needs to be reset or relaced please reach out to contact@mama.xyz and we'll be happy to coordinate a repair.

CUSTOMS

Custom work is made one-of-a-kind with and for you and is not eligible for return. By paying a deposit and invoices for the piece you are agreeing to this. Custom or bespoke pieces refer to any item that is customized altered or created one of a kind. Deposits are never eligible for refunds. If an invoice remains unpaid for more than three months, ownership of the piece reverts to MAMA which reserves the right to resell, repurpose, or otherwise use it at discretion.
