Shipping Costs

The below shipping costs apply only to orders placed for shipping within the contiguous United States.

Shipping & Return Policies

Non-Contiguous US & International Shipping

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipments: All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Polish Pottery Westlake does not settle international customs fees or duties on behalf of the recipient.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages: Shipments returned to sender or refused at delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any return shipping fees or additional costs incurred during the return process will be deducted from the customer's final refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To remain eligible for a refund or exchange, your return must be initiated, and the package postmarked, within this 10-day period.

Condition Requirements: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition they were received, with all original stickers firmly attached. Returns that do not meet these standards will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Final Sale: Items purchased at a discount of 40% off or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if an item arrives damaged, we will gladly issue a replacement (pending product availability) or a refund for the item.

Notification Window: Damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.

Documentation Required: To process your claim and issue a refund/replacement, please email us clear photos of the broken pottery as well as the shipping box it arrived in. See here for more details.

Claims: Polish Pottery Westlake will handle all claims directly with our shipping carriers; please retain the damaged items and packaging until your claim is finalized.

Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: All orders are processed and securely packaged within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Fulfillment Efficiency: While our policy allows for up to 5 business days, our team typically fulfills and ships most orders within 2 to 3 business days. (Please note that processing times are in addition to estimated transit times provided by shipping carriers).

Returns Our policy lasts 10 days after an order has been delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your order is a store pick up order, our return period is 10 days after the order is ready for pickup.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at polishpotterywestlake@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Claims of damage must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
