Scuethyee offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Our logistics service provides door-to-door delivery. Please note that we do not offer white glove service. Large items are securely packed in wooden crates to ensure safe transport.

NOTE:

1. Out-of-Stock Items

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped promptly upon restocking at our warehouse.For oversized packages exceeding 39 inches (100 cm), Scuethyee reserves the right to ship via sea freight. Estimated delivery for sea freight is 35–45 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these timelines.

2. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and valid delivery address. If the original address is deemed insecure or inaccessible, an alternative delivery location must be provided.Any special shipping instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred delivery hours) must be specified at the time of order placement. Scuethyee is not liable for failed deliveries due to insufficient or inaccurate delivery information.

3. Shipping Coverage

Scuethyee currently offers shipping services exclusively to the United States, Canada, and Australia.We do not support shipments to other international destinations at this time.

4. Goods Damaged in Transit

All customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery.

If visible damage is noted, the customer must refuse delivery and request a damage report from the carrier.

If damage is not immediately apparent, Scuethyee must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for compensation or replacement.

5. Delivery Timelines

The total delivery time is comprised of both processing and shipping periods:

6. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours, but may require up to 72 hours to reflect updates, particularly during high-volume periods.

If tracking information remains unavailable, please contact Scuethyee Customer Support. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

7. Delayed Deliveries

In the event of a shipping delay, please contact us at support@scuethyeespace.com . We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier and provide updates as soon as possible. Scuethyee is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will assist in resolving such issues promptly.

8. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests will be honored within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched to logistics.Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, cancellations are no longer permitted.If the customer no longer wishes to retain the item, a return request may be initiated after delivery, subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

9. Taxes and Customs Duties

In certain jurisdictions, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.Such charges are not included in the product or shipping prices listed on Scuethyee’s platform and are the sole responsibility of the customer.We recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information regarding applicable charges.

10. Breakage and Damaged Parts

Although we take every precaution to ensure items are securely packaged, damage during transit may occur.If any product or component arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.Scuethyee will provide free replacement parts in the case of verified breakage occurring during shipment.

We accept that the customer will return and exchange goods within 30 natural days from the next day after receiving the product.However, the product are covered by our two-year warranty. Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for a refund. If the product has been already installed, it can not be returned. Provide after-sales service for 2 years after customers receive products.

Within 30 days after receiving the order

If there are any production defects, you can return any furniture or related products for a 100% refund plus the freight you pay for the return.

We only charge a storage fee of 20% of the order price.

NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.

If there is no production defect, you just want a different size or change your mind, you can still return it. You will be responsible for the freight. You need to pay the freight to ship it back to China and ensure that the product is sealed in its original packaging and is in a resale state. Once we receive the product and confirm that the product is in a new/unused state, we will deduct the freight we paid for this package from the refund.

Here's an example for reference:

The customer bought a product at $600. After receiving the product, He/she change his/her mind and want to return it. The customer put everything back into the original box and ship it back to our warehouse at his/her own cost ($100). After we verify that the product is in its original condition. We will refund $500($100 shipping cost for us to ship the product to the customer for the first time). If the product is returned due to quality problems, we will bear the freight.

NOTE: If the return is not on account of a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.

If the customer needs: we will communicate the material, style and size of products with customers in the early stage. After production and before delivery. We will confirm the produced products by means of pictures and videos. Verify product quality. After the custom product inspection, there are no problems. We will ship the goods. Then inform the product order number for tracking. Provide after-sales service for 2 years after customers receive products.（ Customized products ）

How to return?

We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.

1. Process Your Return

Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items(include product name, SKU, or product website link) you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement item.

The customer experience specialist will process your request. If you send the product to any other address, there will be no refund.

2. Packaging

Please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original package. ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.

3. Shipping

Before shipping, please take pictures of the inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed in their original condition. we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items. For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of shipping carrier. (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.) If you choose Signature Required when delivery, please do make sure that the shipping agent allows us to sign on the back of the notice so that they can re-deliver without any issue.

After ship it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and Product damage detail and send it to us at support@scuethyeespace.com .

Once products are received and unused, undamaged, and in their original package. All the return product(s) will go through inspections. when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. We will send you an email confirmation as well once the return is completed.

We will combine your previous payment channels and make a refund on the same route. If you are using a debit card or visa card payment method, it will take 7-10 working days. It will be the same way back. If you want to get it back faster, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

Exchanges

The exchange will be considered as a return and re-purchase. Custom products are not eligible for exchange.

More Details about the return policy

1. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to scuethyeespace.com unless items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by scuethyeespace.com in new condition with the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable.

2. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.

3. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.

Refunds

We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any giving reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package, we will not be able to issue any refund.

Order Cancellation

Custom products are not eligible for cancellation, because custom products cannot be resold.

For standard product, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a $100 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.
