All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems may cause a delay in processing times as well as shipment times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Calgary and Area. We also offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge $10 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 430 Na'a Common SW Calgary, AB. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11-7 on Monday - Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heist Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, with receipt, for exchange or store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy, which means items that have been returned back in the same condition as when purchased, with tags still attached, can be returned back to us for exchange or store credit, no refunds.

Holiday Return Policy

We are pleased to offer exchange or store credit on Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, with a gift receipt until January 6th with receipt and the tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us . If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as hats, tights, jewelry, sunglasses and blue light glasses, candles, hair accessories, bodysuits and other intimates or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If eligible, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
