Therefore, we ask you to choose exactly which product you want to order before you place your order. Please do not order 3 different color if you are unsure about the right color. Please be aware that every return has an impact on the environment and will have a lasting effect on it. Should you still wish to return the product, our email support will work with you to find a suitable solution on how we can minimize the impact of greenhouse gases together.

In addition, to do something for the community, we donate a portion of all returns directly to a clothing drive.

We at Retro Games Official are convinced of the quality of our products and therefore offer a 15-day warranty on all our items.

Should your product show a defect within this period, just send us an email at support@retrogamesofficials.co.uk for further instructions We will check your return and send you a new product free of charge in case of a warranty claim.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
