Expedited shipping options are available for in-stock items shipping within the contiguous US. Guaranteed delivery dates are updated at 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (except shipping holidays). JCs Wildlife requires a street address for all guaranteed delivery options. If a street address is not provided, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and may need to contact you for a deliverable street address.

FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Amazon shipping are our available shipping and handling options. Shipping and handling options and pricing are based on order characteristics such as item weights, package sizes, and the delivery address. ORDERING GIFTS

Due to the size of some of our products, larger items may arrive in their original manufacturer's packaging. Be aware that the packaging may reveal the product contents.

International Shipping

Shipping and handling options for US orders outside the contiguous 48 states and international orders will be provided during checkout after a delivery address has been provided.

Additional taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees may be imposed upon receipt for International orders by the destination country.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23 and December 25 may be returned through January 25. Please note that all other terms and conditions in the Refund Policy remain applicable to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the customer's sole responsibility and cannot be refunded.
