Delivery Times

Delivery of your night light may take 10–20 days, depending on your location, although most orders arrive in less time. We offer free international shipping for all orders over $100, and a nominal shipping fee otherwise. Tracking is included on all orders. While The Nightlight Nest is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, some of our night lights ship from overseas warehouses, which can increase delivery time.

All orders are processed within two business days of receipt. Once your ambient light is packaged and shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Potential Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, some factors are outside our control. Delays may occur due to customs inspections or increased demand during holidays. To reduce the risk of customs fees, orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and could arrive at different times.

Shipping Disclaimer

We quality-check every night light before it leaves our warehouse. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to your address; if a package is lost or misdelivered by our carriers, we'll work with them to resolve it. The Nightlight Nest is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your address before completing your order.

We want you to love your night light. If something isn't right with your order, we'll fix it — quickly and without hassle. Here's everything you need to know. Please be aware that not all items are eligible for return; these are typically very large / heavy furniture-type items. If you have any questions about return eligibility, please contact us.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make sure you're happy with whatever resolution we reach.

We Cover It — Free Returns for Defects & Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll handle everything at no cost to you. That includes a free return label, a replacement, or a full refund — your choice.

This applies to:

•Items that arrived with a manufacturing defect

•Incorrect items sent by mistake

•Items damaged in transit

To get started, email us at hello@nightlightnest.com with a photo of the item and a photo of the shipping label. The shipping label helps us trace what happened and makes the resolution faster for you.

Items returned to us because they were not picked up after delivery will be fully refunded minus a 5% processing and restocking fee.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Changed your mind? That's okay. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

In these cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Final Sale Items

A small number of products can't be accepted back due to their nature:

•Personalized or custom-made lights

•Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@nightlightnest.com with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE and include your order number, a brief description of what happened, and clear photos of the item and the shipping label (for defect or damage claims). We'll get back to you within one business day with next steps.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Email hello@nightlightnest.com with the subject line ORDER CANCELLATION and your order number. After that window, your order may already be in fulfillment — but reach out anyway and we'll do what we can.
