Returns from Rug and Weave
Most products are eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE. For your order to be eligible for return, your item must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in new/unused condition for the return to be accepted. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with sending the item(s) back to our stockroom in Guelph, ON.
