Refund policy ALKEMI store will exchange or refund goods received back to us within 14 calendar days of delivery date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of ALKEMI store or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
