Made-to Order Fabrication Time

•Each balloon is made-to-order with durable materials. We process each order in 4-7 business days.

•Since all of our stuff is made to order, we are unable to process changes to the order (color, size, quantity, etc) after purchase.

•Changes to order details (personal details and shipping address) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Once ready, shipping time will be subject to delivery time based on each carrier. Usually within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Duties Upon Import: The customs process is country dependent and is not able to be controlled by us or the shipping courier. Please review your local customs process and fees (if any) as they are the responsibility of the customer.

United States Orders - there will be no extra charge upon receiving your package!

All other locations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

Note: Tariff rates and trade policies are subject to change based on ongoing negotiations and policy decisions. Consumers should stay informed about the latest developments to understand the potential impact on pricing. United States shipping times may be slightly delayed after April 30, 2025. Orders may be arriving in different packages from various locations. Order may ship from overseas depending on availability. We will keep you updated on your specific order delivery updates. All sales are final since our stuff is custom-made for each order. If you receive a defective product, please checkout our FAQ page for setup instructions and contact us within 14 days to qualify for a replacement.

Refunds (If Applicable) To qualify for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it within 14 days of receipt. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a reimbursement (minus shipping/return fees) will be processed to the card used during checkout. Returns from third-party purchases are not accepted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange due to product issues, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@bigshinyballs.com.

Delays or Damage to OrderWe cannot control delays from carriers and/or Customs. If you have a deadline, it's best to order early for timely delivery. If there is damage to your order, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
