At Lampcozy, we are committed to delivering your favorite lighting products quickly and safely. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM PST (Los Angeles time) will be processed on the next business day.Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.(Note: At this stage, the majority of our products are shipped from China to ensure inventory availability.)We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Ocean Freight Transit: 3-5 weeks

Total Door-to-Door Delivery Time: Approximately 4-6 weeks

Carrier: Ocean freight, with final-mile delivery handled by UPS/FedEx in the destination country.

Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to all supported destinations listed above.No additional shipping fees, import duties, or taxes will be charged at delivery — all costs are fully included in your checkout total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@lampcozy.store .

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us immediately so we can help locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

•Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

•Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

•Send the photos along with your order number to support@lampcozy.store .

Without photographic evidence, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.Lampcozy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Return & Refund Policy – Lampcozy

Welcome to Lampcozy.We are dedicated to providing high-quality 3D-printed lighting products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any request submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged ProductsYou are eligible for a return or refund if the item you received is damaged or defective, including manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Wrong Item ReceivedIf you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Timeframe

You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days of delivery.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, with all labels and original packaging.

Products must not show signs of wear, use, modification, or damage.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.Refunds are issued to the original payment method.Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 7–10 business days to appear.

Return Shipping Charges

Lampcozy Responsibility (Our Error)If the return is due to our mistake—such as a defective item, damaged arrival, or receiving the wrong product—we will provide:

Full refund, including the original shipping cost

A prepaid return label

No extra fees of any kind

Buyer Preference (Personal Reason)If you are returning the product due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size/color selected, ordered by mistake, or changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping to our returns center.

To reduce the burden of international shipping costs, we offer a $30 return shipping subsidy, which will be deducted directly from the final refund amount.

Buyers must provide a valid return tracking number.
