Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

It must be in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
