Furniture World offers delivery throughout SW Washington and the Portland metro area. This delivery charge varies depending on set-up and location.

We will work with you to schedule a delivery date, but WE CANNOT promise a delivery time. Our delivery team will call you the morning of your delivery day, typically between 9:30am and

11:00am, to give you a 2-hour delivery window. If you are not able to answer this call, they will leave a voicemail detailing your delivery window. In the unlikely event the delivery crew is running late, they will call you to give you an update as soon as possible. If the delivery crew arrives at your address and an authorized adult is not there to inspect and sign for all items, they will leave a door tag and proceed to the next stop. In this event, you’ll need to reschedule your delivery and pay an additional delivery fee. Delivery fees for missed deliveries are non-refundable .

Please have your room cleared before our delivery team arrives. Due to our insurance regulations, our delivery team is not permitted to move existing furniture . As the homeowner, you are responsible for measuring to ensure deliverability and to ensure items are the desired size for the intended location. For any items that are too large to be delivered or setup, delivery fees are non-refundable.

Orders that are cancelled or rescheduled due to special requirements not communicated prior to delivery will be charged the appropriate fees. You are responsible for protecting your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. Furniture World will not be responsible for damage to floors.

Except for special orders, your delivery date will be scheduled at the time of sale. If you need to change your delivery date after you have finalized your purchase, contact the local store at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Schedule changes without the required 48 hours of notice will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Our delivery team will assemble and set up your new furniture in your home as well as remove all included packaging and refuse. For some items like bunk beds, wall units, sleepers, and oversized sectionals an additional fee may be required. This fee will be discussed by your sales associate during checkout. Delivery employees are not permitted to hang items on your walls or otherwise affect your building during their visit.

Occasionally our drivers may determine that the merchandise you have chosen will not fit without the potential risk of damage to either the furniture or your home. Should you wish for them to proceed with the delivery, although they will use extreme care, you will be asked to sign a waiver releasing Furniture World and our delivery personnel from any damage that may occur as a result.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at chord@qualitydesignsnw.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7017 NE St Johns Road Vancouver, WA 98665 If you return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at chord@qualitydesignsnw.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chord@qualitydesignsnw.com.

Our return policy only applies to online shopping and is not valid for in store purchases. Our return policy is set for returns no later than 30 days of the initial purchases and the product must be returned to the physical store locations.
