FREE SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping in the continental United States when you spend $75 or more on merchandise.

In stock items in San Francisco typically ship the day after we receive your order. Ground shipments can take 1-7 days depending on proximity to San Francisco. Free shipping within San Francisco will generally be handled as local deliveries by our team (see below).

Orders shipping from outside of San Francisco (noted on each product page) typically take a few business days for the warehouses to process before shipping (note Leadtimes listed on each product page) . Ground shipping time will depend on proximity to the originating warehouse.

Please keep in mind, no shipping providers accept shipments on Sundays, and our San Francisco shop is closed most Mondays.

Items on clearance (typically 35%+ off regular price) are excluded from free shipping unless otherwise specified for the item.

FREE SAN FRANCISCO DELIVERY OR PICKUP

You can order items from the MARKET STREET SHOP and pick them up at the shop or curbside for free. Shop the MARKET STREET SHOP’s collection to choose your same day selections, and view the shop’s page for hours and directions. If an item you’re interested in is not stocked in San Francisco and doesn’t show IN-STORE PICKUP as an option at checkout, ask us about pickup .

We also offer free local delivery within San Francisco for orders of $50 or more. Deliveries are typically made by our team next day outside of store hours. This option allows you to coordinate directly with us for a fast and convenient delivery. Please provide a cell phone number so we can be sure not to miss you.

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

You’ll find a variety of shipping options available to you when you check out. Shipping provider time estimates do not include warehouse processing time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently don’t have commercial distribution outside of the United States, so shipping charges are at the mercy of the consumer shipping companies. We also do our best to work international tariffs into the shipping charges you see to avoid surprises when your order crosses the border, but they certainly do add up.

If you find something you love, though, and the cost of shipping is prohibitive, send us a note . We’ll always explore every avenue we can think of to try to help.

30 Day Returns

We want you to be happy. If you’re unhappy with an item, for any reason, return it to us for a refund or store credit ( less applicable shipping fees ).

To initiate a return, submit a request here or email us at help@stagandmanor.com within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label by email (please keep an eye on your spam folder if you don’t find your return label in your inbox.)

Returns should be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Shipments larger than one cubic foot, greater than 24 pounds, or greater than 22” in any dimension, are charged a 15% restocking fee. Returns from outside the continental US, will be less shipping and non-refundable tariffs. FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, and BOGO/BOGHO sales are final.

The Wall Art Collection and other custom or made to order pieces are produced at your request, and therefore are nonrefundable--partial store credit may be issued depending on the piece. See Made to Order Terms

All returns are subject to our discretion—officially, we do reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason, particularly to avoid return abuse which could impact costs for all other customers.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, send pictures of the full item, details of the damage, any markings or stickers from the back or underside of the product, the whole box used for shipping, the shipping label, and the packaging used inside the box to help@stagandmanor.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

Buying decisions change for all kinds of reasons--we understand. For standard purchases, you must cancel before your order ships. If you cancel more than 48 hours from submitting your order (including pre-orders,) there is a 7.5% administration fee. Made to order purchases, cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after placing the order. See Made to Order Terms
