DISPATCHWe dispatch orders every weekday (and on Saturdays whenever we can) via Royal Mail Business. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Every order is sent with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on its way.

UK DELIVERYWe offer two UK delivery options, with the cost calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — estimated 3–5 working days• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) — estimated 2–3 working days

FREE UK DELIVERYEnjoy free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £50.

EUROPE DELIVERYWe ship to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked, with delivery estimated at 3–7 working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Please note that any customs charges, import duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK AND EUROPEWe're not currently able to ship outside the UK and Europe. If you'd like us to deliver to your country, please get in touch at hello@happylittledoers.com and we'll do our best to help.

DELIVERY ESTIMATESDelivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. While we work hard to get your order to you on time, delivery can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as Royal Mail delays, busy periods or adverse weather.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSESPlease double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so do let us know as soon as possible if you spot a mistake.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELSIf your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@happylittledoers.com and we'll track it down and put things right.

Contact - Happy Little Doers - Checkout

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@happylittledoers.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Happy Little Doers Ltd, Quellhurst, Quell Lane, Haslemere, GU27 3BW, United Kingdom.

Once your return request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see "Damages and issues" below). We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

United Kingdom 14-day cancellation rights

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without giving a justification. To cancel, notify us at info@happylittledoers.com within that 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you tell us to return the goods to us.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the price of the goods together with the basic (standard) outbound delivery cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This right does not apply to certain items, including personalised or custom-made products and sealed personal care goods that have been unsealed after delivery.

Europe an Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
