Most orders ship from our main distribution center in New Jersey, but some items may come straight from our global partners—so your order might arrive from more than one location.

Processing Timeline

Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. This can vary a bit—especially during busy times like holidays, big sales, or site-wide promotions. Our warehouse in New Jersey ships Monday through Friday, and takes a break on weekends, national holidays, and during severe weather. If you choose Expedited or Next Day shipping, we usually process those orders within 1 business day. To have your Next Day order ship out the same day, please make sure it’s placed by 10am ET on a business day. Keep in mind that public holidays aren’t included in our estimated delivery times, and our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding!Undeliverable Packages

Please note: When packages are deemed as "undeliverable" by the shipping courier, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "return to sender" packages, we are able to process an automatic refund on your original form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout; duties and taxes may apply. Shipping costs and any associated fees are non-refundable. Processing Timeline

International orders may take up to 10–14 business days to process before they ship. This processing time is separate from the shipping time, so be sure to factor both in when selecting your shipping method.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order leaves our international hub. From there, delivery time will depend on your selected shipping option, your location, and your country’s customs process.

Please also keep in mind that USA public holidays may affect processing and shipping times. Our carriers don’t pick up or deliver on major holidays.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns or exchanges (exclusions apply) of unused items in unwashed, unworn condition. The original tag must be attached and the original plastic bag with product barcode must be included with your return. Requests must be opened in our Loop portal within 30 days of the order's original delivery date to be eligible for refund, store credit*, or exchange*. Refunds: You may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method which will be processed within 2 business days of your return’s arrival to our US based warehouse. Store Credit: For ModCloth brand clothing returns, you may choose to receive a full refund as a ModCloth store credit which will be issued upon “in transit” scan of the return package by the carrier.
