Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within our eligible return window. Returns submitted after that window will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:

•Items marked outlet

•Items from the Within You collection

If an item is final sale, it will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, you can still request a return. You may be asked to upload a photo of the item as part of your request so we can review it quickly.

Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

Depending on the item and return type, eligible returns may qualify for:

•Refund to your original payment method

•Store credit

•Exchange for the same item or another eligible item

Return Shipping

For eligible returns in the United States, return shipping options may vary depending on the item and return outcome selected.

For some returns, return shipping is covered by us. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For international returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping and may receive return instructions manually.

Special Item Policy

Items in the Cuffs collection follow a separate return process. In some cases, approved refunds for these items may not require the item to be shipped back. Exchange and store credit options may still require a return shipment.

Additional Notes

All returns are subject to review and approval based on our return guidelines. If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
