We offer free shipping on most small goods with a weight under 1 lb. On larger items we offer free shipping on orders over $200 with goods under 3 lbs weight and less than 20 " long. On larger items such as Saddles, Romal Reins or Breastcollars, etc shipping will be calculated. We do our best to keep shipping prices as reasonable as possible.

Our shop is situated in a very rural location. We try to ship as promptly as possible, but sometimes weather or an issue on the ranch slows us down. Please keep in mind that we are only two people and there are only so many hours in the day. We greatly appreciate your business and your patience!

Custom ordered products are not returnable except in the case of an error on our part. Your satisfaction is our goal and if you experience any issues, we want to know about it.

On in stock items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless returned in absolutely perfect condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, namely Personalized Custom Ordered Products

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
