We strive to ship products as fast as we absolutely can. Our standard shipping estimate for when orders leave our facility is within 1 business day from the time the order is placed on our website. Products that ship directly from the manufacturer sometimes take longer than 1 business day to ship. Some apparel items are made on demand and can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.Delivery estimates are given with the tracking information that is emailed to you once the order ships and are based on the shipping speed you choose at checkout.

International Orders

How do I place an international order?

International orders are placed just like any other order! Simply add your products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You must pay the shipping costs for delivery to your destination country when placing your order.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?

International shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the package. International orders are fulfilled via USPS, Fedex, and/or DHL. The full cost of shipping MINUS customs duties and taxes is calculated AFTER the order is placed. A team member will reach out to you via email after the order is placed letting you know the cost of shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

International orders may incur additional costs after shipping.

Customs duties, taxes, and other potential fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs you pay when placing your order. These additional charges may be incurred after your order ships. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

You are responsible for obtaining information regarding your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S), you are responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

How much should I expect to pay in import duty, taxes & brokerage?

Duty and tax vary greatly based on product category, product value and delivery location. Regardless of where we are shipping, we recommend contacting our local border and customs agency for specific details regarding fees & timeline of your items after they depart from Bart’s.

Are there any items that can’t be shipped internationally?

Water mats and large park items cannot ship overseas due to the bulky nature of these products.

How long will it take for my international order to be received?

Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Is there a minimum order for international orders?

Yes, we require a minimum order of $150 to ship internationally.What if I want to return my items?

•All customers will need to contact their border and customs agencies for specifics.

•International customers are responsible for the return postage/freight to Bart’s. Upon inspection, you will be refunded your purchase price. For items received damaged or in error, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

Need to return or exchange your recently purchased water sports gear?

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bart’s Water Sports. We get it though…sometimes we buy stuff with the greatest intentions of using it and we just don’t. Please see the below guidelines for returning your unused items.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused , in their original condition , and in the original packaging .

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Products returned after 30 days of purchase, must be returned within 180 days for store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items with signs of use , wear , or damage.

Items that do not have the original packaging .

Process for Returns:

Typical response time is within 24 hours

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Provide photos showing the item is unused and in original packaging .

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email.

Returns can also be brought to our retail store location.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

The original cost of shipping on the order is not refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Declined returns may be mailed back at no cost to the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: for larger items such as waterpark parts, trampolines, and bouncers, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to refunds of those particular items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange for and once returned, we will make the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

We will provide instructions for damaged or defective items. Depending on the issue, this may be a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Warranties

All products purchased from Bart’s Water Sports come with the full manufacturer’s warranty unless marked as a "no warranty" item. Warranty claims are submitted by us on your behalf and are subject to the manufacturer’s decision on said warranty claim. Our policy is to repair or replace any defective products under manufacturer warranty depending on the manufacturer’s decision; refunds may be available in certain circumstances. Only the original purchaser can make warranty claims.

If the manufacturer is no longer in business, Bart’s Water Sports will review your warranty claim and will attempt to find an equitable solution. For any warranty questions, please contact us.
