Return & Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.

Please return and exchange items in the provided clear bag to help ensure the life of the product while in-transit.

Apparel must have hangtags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.

Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

Clearance items discounted at 35% off or less are eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be issued.

Clearance items discounted at 40% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I Combine Two Different Orders Into One Package For A Return?

Unfortunately, at this time, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one and shipped back to us for a return or exchange.

International/ FPO & APO Returns Purchased from U.S.A.

If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
