At Oakleighs, you can shop over 5,000 products from brands and suppliers worldwide. Because of this, our delivery lead time varies by product and by brand. Please note we currently only deliver to mainland UK.

Free Shipping

Delivery to most of the UK Mainland is free - this will be automatically apply at checkout if applicable.

Delivery charges to non-UK Mainland addresses may differ.

Delivery Times

Your order will be delivered on a working weekday and unless you have already accepted a timed window, then delivery will be any time between 8am and 8pm. For security purposes, a signature will be required on receipt, as our couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available.

Direct Shipments

We work with several suppliers that deliver directly to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. This may mean that you receive your items from a different courier to those outlined below. On some occasions, you may be contacted by the courier directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

Preparing For Delivery

To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure your item fits through all access points and remove any breakables from walkways. Use floor protection if needed. Some of our couriers deliver to the ground floor only. If you need delivery above this, inform us in advance to avoid delivery failure and charges.

Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch. Orders with multiple brands may arrive separately via different couriers.

Please make sure you're available for the full delivery window. If not, couriers may leave items in a safe place or leave a calling card. Failed deliveries incur a redelivery fee, and canceled orders post-dispatch will have shipping costs deducted from refunds. Storage charges of £15 per week apply until redelivery is arranged.

Once Delivered

On delivery, please inspect your items before signing for them. If you're unable to check, please sign as "unchecked." Make sure to keep all packaging and your order confirmation for any after-sales enquiries.

You have 48 hours from delivery to report any issues. Some couriers offer an "Unpack and Check" service, please allow the driver time to inspect for faults. Once signed for, returns for damage may not be possible.

For items that require assembly, please ensure all parts and instructions are included. Follow the manufacturer guidelines, as we cannot refund fitted, assembled, or damaged items. If you plan to store your items, please check them thoroughly first.

Pre-Order Deliveries

All pre-order products have an estimated delivery date, which is provided on the product page. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-orders are charged at checkout to secure your item. Once the product is available, we will begin processing your order for shipment. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we usually ship them separately to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. In some instances, we may hold the order until all items are available.
