By making a purchase from Furniture World, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All merchandise sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted except as required by applicable law.

2. Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees

Any cancellation or return request is subject to a 25% cancellation or restocking fee , regardless of whether the item has been delivered.

If a cancellation or item swap is requested after delivery, and our delivery team is required for pickup or replacement, an additional delivery fee will apply .

3. Delivery Policy

All delivery dates provided are estimates only and may change based on inventory availability, logistics, or third-party shipping conditions.

Furniture World is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from delivery delays.

4. Measurement Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all access points (doorways, stairways, hallways, corners, etc.) before making a purchase.

Furniture World is not responsible for damage to merchandise or property caused by tight or inaccessible spaces.

5. Display & Clearance Items

All floor models, clearance items, and display merchandise are sold “as-is” .

These items are inspected prior to purchase and are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Layaway Policy

All in-store layaway deposits are non-refundable .

Layaway payments may be applied as store credit toward another purchase if the original layaway order is not completed.

7. Special Requests & Additional Services

Furniture World is not liable for any special requests or additional services (such as installation of lights, wall art, or accessories) unless otherwise stated in writing.
