Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.It takes us 1–5 business days to ship orders. Some items are made to order, which may require an additional 2–3 days in rare cases.

Standard Shipping Times

USA: 6–7 business days

Canada: 10–12 business days*

Europe: 4–7 business days

Rest of the World: 10–12 business days

*Delays may occur due to Canada Post.

Express Shipping Times

USA: 2–4 business days

Canada: 2–3 business days*

Europe: 1–2 business days

Rest of the World: 2–4 business days

**Please note: Express Shipping is not available for PO boxes or military addresses.

Shipping prices depend on the shipping method, your location, and the weight of the package. The final fee will be shown at checkout.

Tariffs & Ground Rules

•All U.S. duties and tariffs are included in your checkout price, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

•For orders outside the U.S., local duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

•Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.We are not liable for delays, delivery errors, damage, or lost packages during transit.

•You have to contact us within 30 days of delivery.

•You must ship the package within 10 days if you're using a return shipping label provided by us.

•The original tags/labels must be attached.

•Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with no makeup stains, animal fur, or cigarette odors. (We are strict about this!)

Masks, neck gaiters, socks, custom-made, monogrammed, personalized, or altered products cannot be returned unless the goods are faulty.

•Items marked as “Last Pieces” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

•You must complete the online Return Form to authorize your return.

•We will not accept returns of any items that do not meet the conditions above.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees unless the goods are faulty.If an item arrives faulty or defective, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos so we can review and offer the best solution.

Return shipping label costs depend on the package weight.

Refund Policy

There are two options for a refund:

1. Store Credit

•You'll receive credit for the item(s) — minus the return label cost and your original shipping fee.

•Use it anytime — no expiration.

•Best option if you’re planning to reorder or want to avoid extra fees.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

•You'll be refunded for the item(s) — minus:

Original shipping cost

Return shipping label cost*

2% transaction fee on the items you want to return

Note: Duties are not refundable for U.S. customers.

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promotions

Items purchased during a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion are considered part of a bundled offer and are viewed as pairs.

If both items or the entire BOGO order are returned at the same time, the full purchase amount will be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method, according to the selected refund option.

If only one item or part of a BOGO order is returned, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the original price of the item(s) kept, and the promotional discount will no longer apply.

All BOGO refunds are subject to the standard refund deductions outlined above, including shipping fees, return label costs, and applicable transaction fees.

If a customer refuses to pay import fees, refuses delivery, or if the carrier can’t locate the customer at the address, a store credit will be issued minus all shipping costs (both directions) and any additional fees.

If the package cannot be returned to us and the carrier cannot deliver it, the order will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order, but the type of refund depends on the processing status:

1. If the processing time exceeds 7 business days:You may choose between:

•A full refund to your original payment method

Store credit (never expires)

2. If your order is within 7 business days:You may cancel your order for:

Store credit only (never expires)
