How Long Does It Take for My Order to Dispatch?

All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed the following week.

While we strive to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during busy promotional and sale periods when the volume of orders may cause delays. Orders may also be delayed if payment or address information requires verification or correction before dispatch. Ready Set Dance cannot be held responsible for postal service delays or issues with delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel’s tracking number and the carrier it is shipping with. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, late deliveries, or failures to deliver. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order, please email us at orders@readyset.dance with your order details as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs clearance, taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with international shipments. Ready Set Dance is not responsible for any extra charges related to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that we cannot alter the prices listed on the customs invoice.

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, you will be contacted regarding any applicable fees. After these fees are paid, your parcel will be released and sent to you. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 working days of placing your order so we can assist you.

Retail Products

Subject to the provisions of these E-Store Terms, Ready Set Dance offers exchanges on retail products for size swapping only within 30 days of the date the order is placed and paid. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances.

The 30-day period commences on the date the order is placed and paid. To qualify for a size swap, the product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original condition, including its original packaging (insofar as reasonably possible). The return of the product and postage for the replacement product are at your expense and risk.

If Ready Set Dance determines that a returned product has been damaged due to an act or omission on your part, or that it otherwise remains at your expense and risk, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or deduct the decrease in value from the replacement product provided. To avoid any obligation to compensate for the decrease in product value, please ensure the product remains unused and take care to avoid any actions that could negatively affect its condition.

Wholesale Products

Please note that wholesale purchases are excluded from this policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies only to retail and teacher uniform products.

Faulty or Misdescribed Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees. Consumers are entitled to return a product within a reasonable time, depending on the quality and cost of the item.

Additional Information

The right to return products only applies to items not suitable for dispatch by parcel (e.g., bulky goods) when a written request for collection has been submitted. The timely dispatch of the products or the written request to take them back will suffice for compliance with the return deadline.

Ready Set Dance will honor all rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. This policy applies in addition to your rights under ACL and does not replace them.
