Shipping Options and Information

Shipping options are offered by either UPS or US Mail. Rates are calculated by the total weight of the shipment, destination, and shipping option selected. Arbor Scientific does not have a minimum merchandise order but the minimum shipping charge required is $7.00.

Arbor Scientific ships from our warehouse located in the United States only.

Standard Shipping: orders placed on our website will ship within 2 business days from order date.

Expedited Shipping: orders placed on our website will ship the next business day. If placed before 7:30 AM EST, the order will ship the same business day.

Please note for the holidays, standard and expedited shipments are not guaranteed and may take an additional day for transit.

Mail Orders: For customers within the continental U.S. prepaying by check, add $7.00 or 8% of your order, whichever is greater, for shipping costs.

US Mail will ship to a physical address, PO Box or military post office box. We offer shipping by First Class, Parcel Select, Priority, and Priority Express. International Shipping

Arbor Scientific ships from our warehouse that is located in the United States only.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options by UPS and US Mail. Rates quoted are subject to change. A customer service representative will contact you if further address verification or additional shipping charges are required.

UPS Requires a physical address for the shipment and will not ship to a PO Box or Military APO.

US Mail Please note that US Mail does have box size restrictions and all shipments may not be able to ship by this method. A customer service representative will be in contact to provide alternative shipping options if the method selected is not allowed. US Mail will deliver to PO Box and physical addresses. Please visit USPS.com for time- in- transit estimates. We ship from the United States in zip code 48176. Shipping times listed on the Post Office website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipments going outside of US may be subject to taxes, duties, brokerage or other charges levied by the country where the packages are to be received. Any such charges are outside of our control or ability to predict.

Any sort of fees levied for the import are the responsibility of the customer and may be due at the time of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable for non-delivery due to factors outside of our control. This would include your country’s import restrictions or other regulations; unwillingness on the part of the customer to pay duties or fees; and errors in the address provided by a customer.

Customer Satisfaction

After you purchase any product from Arbor Scientific, if you feel that it fails to live up to your expectations for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the invoice date for a credit, refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition, preferably in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories and user manuals (where applicable) to receive 100% of the original purchase price. *

Damaged or missing items must be reported to Arbor Scientific within three business days of receipt. Retain damaged item(s) and all packaging material for carrier inspection. Please contact our customer service department to report damage and have a replacement sent.

*Note:

• Gift Cards and downloadable software are considered non-returnable.

• Shipping charges are ONLY refundable for damaged or defective product.

• We cannot accept COD packages.

Returning a Product

• Contact customer service at 1-800-367-6695, or email helpdesk@arborsci.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• When contacting customer service, please provide or include your purchase order number along with your Arbor Scientific order number at time of your request.

• Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
