Returns from Junior Learning UK
Our expected delivery time is approximately 1 Week. Any items that are not in stock will be put on back order and sent freight free when available. Postage and packaging to anywhere in the UK is charged at the flat rate of £5.99 on website orders and is FREE when over £50.
Back Orders
Out of stock items will be placed on back order and dispatched freight free as soon as they are available. These items will not be invoiced until delivery. If you are not happy with the expected delivery date of any backordered items, you have the right to cancel these items.
Returns

Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us.
