Processing timeIn-stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases — for example during temporary stock shortages or carrier delays — dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping costsShipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:

•The Netherlands: €4,95

•Rest of the European Union: €12,95

•Outside the European Union: €95,00

DeliveryDelivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

International shippingWe ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Track & traceOnce your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment via the carrier's website.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@duckiewonderland.com . Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Duckiewonderland, Fortweg 3A, 1471 EB Kwadijk, Nederland.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@duckiewonderland.com .

Return shipping costsReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Duckiewonderland is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain items cannot be returned: custom or personalized products, digital or downloadable content, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

ExchangesThe fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off periodIf you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our Return & Refund Policy page, but this is not obligatory.

RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.
