Payment

We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc), and PayPal payments.

Taxes

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.

Shipping Time and Rules

For non-pre-sale products, MOZA Racing Store processes the order within 3-5 business days (*shipment times for each product vary depending on availability) after the order was placed, once confirmed, we will ship it according to the timescale shown on the store product page.

MOZA Racing will select a third-party shipping company with the consent of the buyer, including but not limited to 1. DHL, 2.UPS, 3.EMS, 4.FedEx. etc.

The MOZA Racing Store will choose the most suitable shipping company to provide the service according to the shipping address. You may advise us on the most appropriate shipping company for our reference, however, we may not follow this advice.

The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the third-party shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond MOZA Racing’s control. Thus, MOZA Racing does not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics-related events.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time= Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)

Handling time:

Normally takes 5-10 business days ( *The estimated Handling time is shown for each product page ). It is the time elapsed between when a customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Transit time:

Normally takes 7-12 business days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the order date, and possibly takes longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. (Note: Kindly be advised that the relevant increased cost of address change will be borne by the customer.)

What is Partial Shipment?

(My order status is displayed as “ Partially Shipped “)

Partial shipment is the delivery of an order in more than one shipment. Partial shipments are necessary when:

•One item or another in order is on backorder

•An item at a certain warehouse is delayed in delivery

•Shipping items from multiple warehouses for faster delivery

Note:

1. Taxes may be incurred after your goods arrive in the destination country. The specifics are subject to local customs policies. Please cooperate with package clearance in time.2. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. 1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. 14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

•Be unused, unactivated, and in new or like-new condition

•Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

•Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

3. Defective or Incorrect Items (No-Cost Returns)

If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item:

•You are eligible for a full refund or replacement

•MOZA Racing will cover:

•Product cost

•Original shipping cost

•Return shipping cost

We will also:

•Refund applicable taxes and duties, or

•Assist you in reclaiming them through the carrier or customs process

You will not be responsible for any costs caused by product defects or shipping errors.

4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind):

•The customer is responsible for:

•Return shipping costs

•Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Items must still meet all return eligibility conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

•The request is made more than 14 days after delivery

•The product has been used, activated, or damaged (unless defective)

•Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing

•The product shows signs of:

•Unauthorized modification or disassembly

•Misuse or improper handling

•Damage is caused by external factors (fire, flood, impact, etc.)

•Serial numbers, labels, or seals have been altered

•Proof of purchase is missing or invalid

•The item is not shipped back within 14 days after return approval

6. High-Value Item Policy (Orders Over $500)

For high-value products, MOZA Racing may:

•Request photo or video evidence for reported issues

•Require product return for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement

•Decline requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

•Contact us at info@mozaracing.com within 14 days of delivery

•Provide:

•Order number

•Proof of purchase

•Photos/videos of the product condition

Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

•You will receive a confirmation email

•If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days

•Refunds will be sent to your original payment method

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

•Check your bank or credit card account

•Contact your payment provider

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•Customized or personalized products

•Clearance or final sale items

11. No Restocking Fee
