Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship within the Netherlands. Orders within The Netherlands placed before 12:00 CET, will be delivered the next day in most cases. Orders placed in the week ends will be processed and shipped the Monday after. As soon as your order is shipped you'll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.

Delivery time

We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on the destination country of the order.

We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in The Netherlands.

Countries within the EU:

The Netherlands and Belgium: between 1 and 2 working days (PostNL).

France: 3-5 working days (DPD).

Germany: 3-5 working days (PostNL).

Greece, Ireland, Malta, Romania: 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery).*

Italy, Switzerland and Spain (incl Canary Islands): 3-6 working days (PostNL).

Other countries within the EU: 3-8 working days (PostNL).

Rest of the world:

Andorra, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates: 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery).*

Other countries within the rest of the world: between 12 and 15 working days (PostNL).

Except for big parcels such as cribs, nests and baskets, they will be shipped via standard (parcel)mail, delivery time 7-20 working days.

USA:

Due to recent changes in international regulations and shipping conditions, we are currently required to temporarily suspend shipping to the United States. We hope to be able to offer this again in the future.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Petit Filippe assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. Countries where this applies are for example Norway, the UK and Switzerland.

Important:

If your package has not been delivered while the tracking says it has, you must contact us within 3 working days. We can then conduct an investigation in collaboration with the sender. Unreceived packages that are reported to us later than 7 days can no longer be processed.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return. Return costs are for your own account.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Beware: Petit Filippe cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s). Please retain the proof of postage (tracking code) until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.

Refunds

We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 10 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically confirmed and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This might take 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We don't exchange products for another size/color or another product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and in the meanwhile, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within one week) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defects not covered by the warranty:

•Normal wear and tear of clothing or bag.

•Pilling of clothes.

•Defects caused by washing or drying.

•Wear and tear on swimwear.

•Defects caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.

Colour Disclaimer

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Gift boxes and gift cards cannot be returned.

What is the returns policy for free gifts?

Any free gifts received in a promotion cannot be returned for a cash refund or gift voucher. Only one free gift is allowed per customer during the promotional period. Free gift promotions are available while stocks last. If a free gift was included within your original order and you choose to return part or all of the order, taking it below the threshold to be eligible for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift with the other items. If the free gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
