SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We want to get you your Fowler Hide Supply products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Heyday gear to good use as soon as possible. All orders greater than $200 will receive free shipping. This only applies to orders placed within the continental United States.

All services are provided by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Most non-expedited orders ship within 2-3 business days from shipping label being created, and will generally arrive within 1-5 days of the ship date. This does not include any preorders, backorders, or customized orders.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Fowler Hide Supply, USPS, UPS and FedEx will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Fowler Hide Supply uses FedEx, UPS, or USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and an additional 1–5 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. You should receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If you do not, please email us at info@heydayoutdoor.com for tracking information.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. Due to the distance, shipments should take between 5-15 business days to arrive. You should receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
