Postage & Delivery

Delivery Charges Shipping to customers in the UK is always FREE!

International orders are subject to a standard delivery charge depending on the value of the item purchased.

UK Delivery All UK orders are either sent via 24hr Tracked or 48hr Tracked but please allow 24hrs for order processing. Our cut off time for 24hr Tracked delivery is 13:50PM Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders are collected by our couriers Monday to Saturday. We do aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving payment so our customers usually receive their orders within 1-3 days. Need your item fast? Get in touch - we are here to help.

International Delivery International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Airmail service which aims to deliver to Western Europe in three to five working days, Eastern Europe in five working days and seven days to the rest of the world, however, this is only a guide and items may take longer. International customers are also responsible for the import duties in their country.

Order Tracking Most of our items are shipped using a tracking service. Smaller lower value items may not be. This is to keep our postage costs to a minimum so we can give our customers the best possible value for money. We will ship via tracked/insured/recorded services upon request – please contact us before placing your order online as additional delivery charges will apply.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be in a the condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at mail@totalbleedsolutions.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned if they have been connected to an e-bike system like cables, battery operated products and displays. We also do not accept returns for items that show signs of use. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and follow our standard procedure.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
