Wing / foil / surfboard shipping rates

All boards are exempt from free shipping. If your destination is not listed below, contact us for a quote.

Benelux — €35/board: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg

Rest of Europe — €50/board: All other EU and EEA countries

How to sign for a package

If these steps are not followed, we may not be able to submit a claim for damaged goods on your behalf.

Inspect before signing: Check the exterior for tears, dents, or holes before you accept the package.

Document the condition: Photograph all sides. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt or electronic device.

Sign with a reservation: Write "Subject to inspection" or "Damaged packaging, contents not inspected" on the receipt.

Check contents promptly: Open the package immediately after delivery and photograph any damaged goods.

Billy.be complies with EU Consumer Rights Directive. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return, for any reason.

How to return

•Go to your account , open your order and click "Request return"

•We send you a DPD return label by email

•Drop your parcel at any DPD Parcel Shop

Return conditions

•Item unused and undamaged, no sport use

•Original packaging and all accessories included

•Proof of purchase required

Signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may result in a depreciation of up to 75% of the purchase price.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and follows our outbound shipping table . If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard outbound cost is also deducted from the refund. Exception: if we failed to inform you of return costs before purchase, we cover them.

For large items (surfboards, foil sets, e-scooters) no return label is provided. Self-arranged return only.

Refund

Processed within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method or as store credit (recommended).

Returning from outside the EU

Return shipping is at your expense. Always declare the shipment as a private return and mark the package: Customs code 604 - Return Goods - full exemption. Include a copy of your order confirmation with unreturned items crossed out. Packages for which we are charged import costs or VAT will be refused.

Damaged or faulty item

Return shipping is covered by us. Submit a warranty claim and we'll get back to you.
