Local PickupIf local pickup is available, customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect AddressesPlease ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Six Arrows Farm & Gift is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed PackagesOnce a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Six Arrows Farm & Gift is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged ItemsIf your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sixarrowsfarmandgift@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Six Arrows Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Condition Requirements:• Clothing must have original tags attached and be in new, unworn condition.• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):• Seasonal items• Consumables / pantry items• Health & beauty products• Rowe Casa products• Sale / Clearance items( These items cannot be returned or exchanged. )

Online Orders:• Online purchases may be returned in-store under the same return guidelines.• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (store credit) for shipped returns will be issued only after the item has arrived safely back to us and has been inspected.

We recommend photographing your item before shipping it back (front, back, and packaging) in case it is damaged during transit. This helps provide proof of the item’s condition prior to shipment and protects you if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.

We reserve the right to make refund and return decisions based on our evaluation of each individual situation. This allows us to handle unique circumstances fairly and thoughtfully.
