Unless otherwise specified, orders ship via UPS ground.

The estimated transit time once shipped is calculated at checkout based on distance of your shipping location from our warehouse in New Jersey.

We do not offer expedited shipping options. The shipping transit time you see at checkout refers to the number of days in transit once your order ships, not the number of days from the time you place your order until it delivers to you. Once shipped, transit time ranges from 1-7 business days depending on shipping location within the US.

When an order ships you will receive an email confirmation (with tracking number) or SMS if you provided a cell phone number when placing your order.

Orders may qualify for free shipping depending on quantity of items purchased. We ship via USPS or UPS in most of the continental US. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be service delays with the shipper that are outside of our control. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping rate is calculated based on item weight and shipping address. Item descriptions specify if items qualify for free shipping or not.

If you place two separate orders and are charged for shipping for both orders, there is no savings if we were to pack both orders in the same box, as the total weight of all items ordered is the same.

If your purchase includes items that qualify for free shipping and items that do not, the shipping fees will be calculated based on total weight and shipping location of the items that do not qualify for free shipping. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for items that qualify for free shipping.

Our system generates automatic notifications with order updates and tracking information. Please provide an email address in order to be able to receive the updates. Please also make sure the emails are not blocked by your email server or labeled as “spam”.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted. Purchaser shall exercise timely diligence and reporting to Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment any damage or shortage in products. Claims for missing or damaged products will result in the replacement of damaged or missing products at Brooklyn Textile and Equipment's discretion. Purchaser must notify Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment immediately of any damage or missing products.

Brooklyn Textiles and Equipment will replace, repair or refund defective items. All our electronics have a 1-year warranty from the time of purchase.
