Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order confirmation via email at store.us@hollyland.com . The order confirmation will include your order summary and the order confirmation number. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a shipment notification will be sent to you via email with the order tracking information. The email will originate from store.us@hollyland.com .

Change of Shipping Address or Order Cancellation

Once an order has been created, it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel the order or request a shipping address change, please immediately contact us via email: store.us@hollyland.com .

Unsuccessful Delivery

Hollyland cannot be responsible for any order entered with incorrect address information. In the event that an order is delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for a refund or to replace an order entered with an incorrect address.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product’s design or performance, please contact us at support.us@hollyland.com or submit a request for tech support help. In the event that a product is found to be defective out of the box, Hollyland will arrange for a replacement of the product within 30 days of the order receipt date. Beyond this date, the product will require repair.

If it is determined that a product is eligible for a refund within the 30-days of the order receipt date, all authorized returns will require that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and pertinent documentation. Hollyland will provide an RMA number along with the instructions and guidelines for processing the returned product and who is responsible for the return shipping charges. Hollyland reserves the right to deny a return and not process a refund.

Return process for defective merchandise refund or exchange:

store.us@hollyland.com will email you a pre-paid shipping label and the return instructions. Print the shipping label and tape it to the box. Package and ship your product with all accessories and the printed Return Authorization slip in the box.

Ship out your return within the next 15 days or by the last day to return noted on the return label.

A replacement model will be shipped to you at no charge, or a refund will be credited to your credit card or payment method if selected.
