All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received.

During periods of high demand or where items require additional handling, dispatch times may be extended. Customers will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

United Kingdom: 1–5 working days

European Union: 3–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.Tracking information will be provided where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

For deliveries to the European Union:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges

Assassin Goods Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. Any return costs may be deducted from a refund where applicable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any refund

Assassin Goods Ltd is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

Please contact us so we can investigate with the courier

Claims must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date

While we are not responsible for courier delays once an item has been dispatched, we will assist wherever possible.

Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or not collected and returned to us:

Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund

📄 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

In Summary

Returns accepted: Within 28 days of delivery

Condition: Unused, unassembled, in original packaging

Return shipping: Paid by customer (unless faulty)

Faulty items: Free return & full refund or replacement

Refund processing: 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 28 days of receiving it.

Conditions

•Item must be unused and unassembled

•All original packaging must be included

•Packaging must be undamaged and suitable for resale

If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund excluding original delivery charges and any repackaging costs.

⚠️ Items returned in a condition unsuitable for resale may be subject to a repackaging fee of £3–£60, depending on size, weight, and condition.

2. How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed without delay:

•Complete the contact form below, including your order number and reason for return

•We will confirm return eligibility and provide return instructions

•Complete the Returns Form (download below)

•Package the item securely — it must arrive in a resalable condition

•Send the item using a tracked and insured service of your choice

Returns sent without prior contact or approval may be delayed or refused.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

•You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

•If contact is not made within this timeframe, the return request may be refused

•Please include clear photos and/or videos showing the issue

If confirmed, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.You may choose a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

•Refunds are processed by us within 5–10 working days

•Funds are returned to the original payment method

•You will receive email confirmation once processed

5. Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries

If a delivery is refused or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details:

•Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

•Any applicable handling or carrier fees may also apply

6. Your UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for distance selling.
