Standard Returns

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup when they meet all of the following conditions:

•Unused

•Undamaged

•Unassembled and uninstalled

•Unopened (when applicable)

•In the original packaging

•Includes all accessories, manuals, labels, law tags, and documentation

Returns must be reviewed and approved before any product is returned or picked up.

Items Not Eligible for Standard Return

•Used, assembled, installed, altered, or damaged products

•Products missing original packaging

•Items missing parts, labels, accessories, manuals, or law tags

•Returns submitted without prior approval

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery or pickup if they meet the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.

•If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer pays the difference.

•If exchanging for a lower-priced item, Snooze may issue store credit for the difference.

•Delivery, setup, pickup, disposal, and similar service charges are generally non-refundable.

365-Night Mattress Sleep Trial

Select mattresses qualify for our 365-Night Sleep Trial.

•You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a comfort exchange.

•One comfort exchange is permitted on eligible mattresses.

•The mattress must be clean and free of stains, odors, burns, tears, pest exposure, misuse, or abuse.

•A mattress protector may be required for eligibility.

•The replacement mattress does not restart the sleep trial.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify Snooze within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

We may request:

•Your order number

•Photos of the product

•Photos of the packaging

•Photos of shipping labels (when applicable)

•A description of the issue

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Depending on the situation, Snooze may provide:

•Replacement parts

•Repair service

•Replacement product

•Exchange

•Manufacturer warranty assistance

Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Pillows, Sheets & Mattress Protectors

May be returned only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Once opened or used, these items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Adjustable Bases

Must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Installed or assembled adjustable bases are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Furniture

Furniture must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

Clearance, Floor Models, Closeout, Special Order & "As-Is" Merchandise

These products are considered Final Sale unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Snooze.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been:

•Ordered from the manufacturer

•Processed

•Transferred

•Shipped

•Scheduled for delivery

•Loaded

•Delivered

•Picked up

•Installed or assembled

Special order products cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever applicable.

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

•Delivery fees

•Pickup fees

•Setup or installation fees

•Disposal fees

•Service charges

•Financing charges

Applicable restocking, freight, or processing fees may also be deducted from approved refunds.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for approved exchanges, reselections, or other approved situations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and is not redeemable for cash.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties vary by product. Additional documentation may be required, including:

•Proof of purchase

•Product photographs

•Product labels

•Law tags (when applicable)

•Manufacturer information
